Bhag Singh Hayer Khalsa College for Women was established by Bibi Harbaksh Kaur ji in the sacred memory of her Late Husband Sr. Bhag Singh Ji Hayer in 2001 realizing the need of education for girls. College started with the charity of 26 acres of land and 50 Lacs of cash by Kind-hearted Bibi ji. A Hostel facility was also being provided for the convenience of girls, with again a huge charity of 80 Lacs by Bibi ji. College is located at a very peaceful place away from the noise of the Abohar City near Fazilka.
To impart education in a way so as to bring out the higher qualities of mind body and soul.
To be acknowledge as an institution which works hard to enable the woman folk of the area to make them self reliant so far as short-term job oriented courses are concerned.
